Out Patient Module The Outpatient module serves as an entry point to schedule an appointment with the Hospital Resident Doctor or Consultant Doctor for Medical Consultations and diagnosis. This module supports doctors to take better and timely consultation decisions by providing instant access to comprehensive patient information. Patient visits are divided into New & Follow-up. This module also handles requests and results of laboratory tests and other examinations.
In Patient Module The inpatient module is designed to take care of all the activities and functions pertaining to Inpatient Management. This module automates the day-to-day administrative actives and provides instant access to other modules, which leads to a better patient care. It provides comprehensive data pertaining to Admission of Patients & Ward Management, Availability of beds, Collection of advance, Planned admission and so on. It can handle enquiries about the patient's admission and discharge details, bed census, and the patient's movements within the hospital.
Panel/Insurance Patient Module Health insurance offers financial protection against most health related expenses. In general, health insurance varies in wide range and provides coverage for required medical treatments, hospital visits and other additional medical costs. This module facilitates to bill virtually each and every type of health insurance in a timely and accurate manner.
Laboratory Module The Laboratory module automates the investigation request and the process involved in delivering the results to the concerned department/doctor of the hospital. Laboratory module starts with receiving the online request from doctors and also allows laboratory personnel to generate requests. The Laboratory module supports to perform various tests under the following disciplines: Biochemistry, Cytology, Hematology, Microbiology, Serology, Neurology and Radiology. Based on the request the user can input the sample and generate the sample number. Results can be entered based on the sample type either to one test or multiple tests. Hautomate Registration
Laboratory Inventory Module Lab Inventory module deals with the purchase of lab items, maintenance of stock, automatic reorder level setting, Physical stock verification and adjustment, return of items to supplier etc.
Scan, X-Ray & Histopathology Module This module helps in entering the case master, and profile master for scan, X-Ray and Histopathology. It also provides result entries and due details of the same.
Doctors Desk Module This module gives the doctors direct access to OP enquiry, IP Enquiry, Op& IP Case sheets, Discharge master, Discharge Summary, Antenatal charts, Antenatal Visit Entries, Lab, Scan & X ray Results.
Hospital Formats Module This modules help in generating the required hospital formats. It has a certificate master with the help of which the any customized format can we developed.
General Stores Module General Stores and Inventory module deals with Purchase of Items, Issue of Items, Maintenance of Stock, Automatic Reorder level Setting, Online request for stock from various sub-stores, Online stock transfer, maintenance of stock at different sub-stores, Physical stock verification and adjustment, Return of items to supplier etc.
Pharmacy Module Pharmacy module deals with the automation of general workflow and administration management process of a pharmacy. It also deals with Purchase of Items, Issue of Items, Maintenance of Stock, Automatic Reorder level Setting, Online request for stock from various sub-stores, Online stock transfer,maintenance of stock at different sub-stores, Physical stock verification and adjustment, Return of items to supplier etc.
Payroll Module This Module facilitates Computerization of Personnel Department including preparation of Monthly Payroll System requirements. This Module helps to calculate and generate Pay Slips, maintain employees' payroll and personnel data on-line, monitor daily attendance data, control position openings, generate external reports, and prepare payroll and personnel summary reports. Designed specifically for the complex personnel needs of health care networks it supports an unlimited number of Staff, job classifications and employee types throughout an organization.
Accounts Module This module has been specially designed for the specific requirement of Hospitals for maintenance of integrated hospital Finance System. In this Module, linking is provided with other modules for automatic postings of Receipts and Bills. The Chart of Accounts is user-definable and several features have been provided for security access, setting-up of Control Accounts, etc.
MIS Module This module helps generate valuable and timely Management Information Reports that facilitate better control of the Hospital affairs and enhance the efficiency of day-to-day operations. Statements of consolidated daily / periodical revenue, outstanding bills, bed occupancy and bed census are some of the information generated by this module.
OT Scheduling This module manages the operation theatre activities such as pre-anesthetic check-ups, pre-anesthetic notes generation, recording the anesthesia details, maintaining the list of procedures for various operations, recording operation details and finally maintaining the OT scheduling i.e. the occupancy of the different OTs.
Pharmacy Stores This Module is about management of various inventories apart from the medicines managed by the pharma – center. Those may include casualty & OT accessories, scraps, Lab specific accessories etc. Here we generate Requisition and Indent of material, PO details, Receipt details, Supplier details,Issue details etc, as well as we maintain Material Procurement Plan, re-ordering level etc. for future contingencies.
Admin Module The User Manager module basically deals with security through controlling the access to the information available in the application. Any user associated with a user group can access only those screens for which the user group has rights.
